“Nicole helped us incredibly in our sleep training journey with our 4 month old. We have read numerous methods of sleep training but most do not suggest a schedule or what to do during the day. Nicole gave us a schedule to follow and it made it easier to plan the day. When things didn't work out as planned, Nicole was very quick to respond to our questions and help troubleshoot the issues on hand. Our 4-month old was going through sleep regression before Nicole's help -- she was waking overnight every 2 to 3 hours and had to be rocked or nursed to sleep. She was only napping 30 to 45 minutes and required lots of rocking to help assist her to sleep. She also had a late bedtime of around 11pm. After 2 weeks with Nicole, our baby falls asleep on her own for naps usually within 5 minutes and stays asleep for 1 to 2.5 hours at a time. She is also able to fall asleep independently for bedtime, which is moved much earlier to match what is more appropriate for her age. Moreover, Nicole gave us tips and tricks to keep in our toolbox to help with future sleep problems that may arise. Nicole was also understanding of our family's needs and made a schedule that worked best for us. Not a cookie cutter solution for everyone, and her care was family-centred. Can't thank her enough!”
